Workflow Management

I. Basic Features

  • Enable: Only enabled workflows can be automatically triggered.
  • Disable: Disabled workflows cannot be triggered automatically. If a workflow is no longer applicable due to business adjustments, you can disable it to prevent it from being triggered when new object data is generated.
  • Copy and Create: Duplicate the current workflow to quickly create an identical one. You can modify the object, triggers, filters, and other settings as needed.
  • Delete: Permanently remove disabled workflows. Deleted workflow definitions cannot be recovered.
