Workflow Management
1. Basic Features
- Enable: Only enabled flows can automatically trigger workflows.
- Disable: Disabled flows cannot automatically trigger workflows. If a flow no longer applies due to changes in business processes, disable it to prevent the flow from being triggered when object data is created.
- Clone and Create: Duplicate the current workflow and quickly create a new flow identical to the current one; you can modify the object, trigger, Filter, and other settings.
- Delete: You can delete a disabled workflow. Deleted workflow definitions cannot be recovered.
