Workflow Management
I. Basic Features
- Enable: Only enabled workflows can be automatically triggered.
- Disable: Disabled workflows cannot be triggered automatically. If a workflow is no longer applicable due to business adjustments, you can disable it to prevent it from being triggered when new object data is generated.
- Copy and Create: Duplicate the current workflow to quickly create an identical one. You can modify the object, triggers, filters, and other settings as needed.
- Delete: Permanently remove disabled workflows. Deleted workflow definitions cannot be recovered.
