Workflow Execution
1. Automated Execution
- Supported Objects: Built-in objects including Leads, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Sales Order, Return Order, Payment Collection, Refund, Invoice Application, Contract, Campaign, Payment Plan, Promo, Shipping Order, Inbound Order, Credit, Rebate Usage Rule, Advertisement, Equipment Inspection, Reconciliation Statement, Inventory Check Sheet, Opportunity 2.0, Opportunity Line Items, Opportunity Contacts, Advanced Fieldwork, and custom objects
- Trigger Actions: Triggers support Create, Void, Restore, Field Update, and Scheduled (timed) triggers
When any of the above objects are created, voided, restored, updated (field change), or hit a scheduled trigger, the workflow executes. The workflow evaluates conditions via condition filters and executes workflows that meet the conditions.

- Workflow Post-Actions: Supports CRM notification, field update, email notification, start Business Process, data lock/unlock, assign owner, create task, create Calendar event, create Sales Record, execute custom function, and create external notification
