Workflow Execution


1. Automation

  • Supported Objects: Pre-configured objects including: Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Sales Orders, Return Orders, Payment Collections, Refunds, Invoice Requests, Contracts, Campaigns, Payment Plans, Promos, Shipping Orders, Inbound Orders, Credits, Rebate Rules, Advertisements, Equipment Inspections, Statements, Inventory Check Sheets, Opportunity 2.0, Opportunity Details, Opportunity Contacts, Advanced Fieldwork, and custom objects.
  • Trigger Actions: Supports triggers for create, void, restore, field updates, and scheduled triggers.

When the above objects are created, voided, restored, or undergo field updates or scheduled triggers, workflows are activated. Conditions are evaluated through filters, and if met, the corresponding workflow is executed.

2. Execution Actions

  • Post-Workflow Actions: Supports CRM alerts, field updates, email notifications, initiating business processes, data lock/unlock, assigning owners, creating tasks, scheduling calendar events, logging sales activities, executing custom functions, and generating external notifications.

3. Execution Logs

  • Workflow Execution Logs: Logs can be queried by workflow, or filtered by trigger time range and workflow initiator.
