Business Process Task To-Do Center


1. Viewing Business Process To-Do List

When a business process is initiated, the system automatically sends task notifications to relevant personnel based on the process configuration, ensuring timely awareness and action.

  • Access: Navigate to [CRM To-Do] > [Pending Business Processes] to view a list of business processes awaiting your action or those you’ve already processed.
  • Filtering & Auto-Refresh: The to-do list supports filtering by object type, as well as criteria such as Subject or status.
  • Display Modes: Choose between Card View or List View for optimal usability.

2. Viewing Task Details Page

The task details page displays comprehensive information about a pending task, including descriptions and actionable steps. You can directly process the task on this page.

  • Access: From [CRM To-Do] > [Pending Business Processes], select a specific business process to open its detailed task page.

3. Processing Business Activities in the To-Do List

  • Editing Objects: After completing the required actions, click [Save & Complete] to automatically advance the process to the next stage.
    • Note: The [Fill] button is hidden if the current user lacks edit permissions for the record.
