Business Process Task To-Do Center


1. View Business Process To-Do List

After a Business Process is initiated, the system sends tasks to the relevant assignees based on the process configuration so assignees can view and act on pending activities in a timely manner.

  • Entry: The list of Business Processes pending or already handled by the current user appears under CRM To-Do > Pending Business Processes.
  • Filtering and auto-refresh: The Business Process to-do list supports filtering by object, as well as by process Subject, status, and other conditions.
  • Display modes: The list can be viewed in Card view or List view; users may choose their preferred mode.

2. View Task Detail Page

The task detail page for a single pending item lets you view the task description, available actions for the current step, and handle the task directly on that page.

  • Task detail entry: From CRM To-Do > Pending Business Processes you can open any Business Process record assigned to you (or previously handled by you) to see the full task detail page.

3. Process Business Activities from the To-Do List

  • Edit record: After completing required operations on the record, click Save and Complete to advance the process to the next node. If the current user lacks edit permission on the business record, the Fill button will be hidden.
