Initiate Business Process

1. Manual Initiation

• Initiating a Business Process
  • When the initiation conditions are met and the initiator is within the selected initiator scope, a “Start Business Process” button will appear on the object details page.
  • Click this button to select and initiate a pre-configured business process.
• Initiation Conditions
  • The current user must have the “Start Business Process” operation permission for the target object.
  • The target business record must not be in a “Voided” status.
• Initiation Entry Points
  • On the business object details page, click “Start Process” and select a pre-configured business process to initiate.
  • The current user must have the “Start Business Process” operation permission for the target object.
  • The target business record must not be in a “Voided” status.

2. Automatic Initiation

• Configure post-actions for approval flows, business flows, or workflows to automatically trigger a business process.
