Initiate Business Process

1. Manual Initiation

• Initiating a Business Process
  • When the initiation criteria are met and the initiator falls within the selected initiator scope, a “Initiate Business Process” button will appear on the object details page.
  • Click this button to select and launch a pre-configured business process.
• Initiation Criteria
  • The current user must have the “Initiate Business Process” operation permission for the target object.
  • The business record to be initiated must not be in an “Obsolete” state.
• Initiation Entry Points
  • On the business object details page, click “Initiate Process” and select a pre-configured business process to launch.
  • The current user must have the “Initiate Business Process” operation permission for the target object.
  • The business record to be initiated must not be in an “Obsolete” state.

2. Automatic Initiation

• Configure approval flows, business flows, or workflow post-actions to automatically trigger a business process.
