Manage Business Process

1. Core Features

You can edit, enable/disable, duplicate to create new, or delete a Business Process.

1.1 Edit

Modify an existing Business Process, though the target object cannot be changed during re-editing.

1.2 Enable/Disable

Control whether a Business Process is active.

1.3 Duplicate to Create New

Copy an existing Business Process and create a new one based on it (the target object can be modified in this case).

1.4 Delete

Remove a Business Process.

2. Advanced Features

2.1 Default Processing Page Configuration for Business Flows

2.1.1 Functionality
Configure whether pending Business Flow tasks direct users to the Task Processing Page or the Data Details Page. The Task Processing Page allows immediate approval actions, while the Data Details Page requires an additional button click to proceed with approval.

2.1.2 Configuration
Select either:
- Default to Task Processing Page
- Default to Data Details Page

2.2 Mobile Pending Task Default Return Page Configuration

2.2.1 Functionality
Set the post-action behavior for mobile pending tasks:
- Stay on Task Landing Page: Enables immediate review/approval.
- Return to Previous Page: Requires manual navigation back to the task for approval.

2.2.2 Configuration
Toggle between:
- Default to Task Landing Page
- Default to Previous Page

2.4 Termination Reason Configuration

2.4.1 Functionality
Configure whether a termination reason is mandatory when ending a process.

2.4.2 Configuration
Select:
- Require Termination Reason (Yes/No)
