Configure Business Process Nodes


1. Business Activity Node

  • Used when a workflow reaches a specific node requiring employee action.
  • Can be dragged and configured within stage nodes.

1.1 Node Attributes

  • Activity Name: Customizable name for the activity.
  • Description: Brief description of the activity.
  • Target Object: Select the object associated with this activity.
  • Task Execution Object: Choose the object to perform tasks on.
  • Actions: Edit object / Operate on object / Operate on multiple objects / Select or create related objects / Bulk create related objects / Edit Sub-object.

1.3 Post-Completion Actions

  • Add Post-Completion Actions:
    • Actions include: Field update, SMS notification, Initiate business process, Send email, External notification v2, Execute APL code, Data lock/unlock, Create task, Create Calendar event, Create sales record, Variable assignment, Execute conversion rules.

2. Approval Node

  • Requires assignee approval to proceed to the next stage. If rejected, the workflow returns to a specified node.
  • Can be dragged and configured within stage nodes.

  • Name: Customizable node name.

6. Wait Node

  • Pauses the workflow for a specified duration before auto-proceeding. Supports conditional or delayed waiting.
  • Can be dragged and configured within stage nodes.
