Creating Business Process


1. Selecting a Template

First, choose a Business Process template. You can either create a custom template or use an existing one.

2. Configuring Basic Information

  • Business Process Name: Used for future reference and invocation.
  • Process Initiator Object: Predefined or custom objects such as Account, Contact, Opportunity, Work Order, etc.
  • Initiator Scope: Define the initiator range by selecting from [Colleagues], [Departments], [User Groups], or [Roles].
  • Enable Interconnection Process: When selecting approvers, external roles can be included, such as external managers or external owners. Currently supported Interconnection apps include Order Connector, Dispatch Order, SharePartner, Equipment Assets, Service Connector (Personal), Order Mall, Equipment Query, Service Connector, and Order Mall.
  • Process Description: Describe the purpose or significance of the process (limited to 500 Chinese characters).

3. Configuring Trigger Conditions

After selecting the Business Process initiator object, you can further filter based on fields. Only data meeting the filter conditions will execute the Business Process and subsequent actions.

You can customize trigger prompts (limited to 100 characters) and configure post-termination actions, including:
- Field Update: After the approval or workflow process completes, the system can automatically update related record fields (e.g., status changes, data modifications).
- Execute APL Code: After the process completes, the system can execute predefined APL code for customized complex logic processing.
- CRM Notification: After the process completes, the system can automatically send notifications to relevant personnel to inform them of the process status and prompt follow-up actions.
- Data Lock/Unlock: After the process completes, the system can automatically lock or unlock related data to ensure security and integrity.
