  • Process Trigger Object: Predefined or custom objects such as Account, Contact, Opportunity, Work Order, etc.
  • Initiator Scope: Select which users can start the Business Process via the Colleagues, Departments, User Groups, or Roles modules.
  • Enable Interconnection: When selecting approvers, you can include external roles such as external managers and external leads. Interconnection currently supports ShareOrder, Work Order assignment, SharePartner, Asset Management, Service Connector—Individual, Order Mall, Device Query, Service Connector, Device Query, and Order Mall.

3. Configure Trigger Conditions

After selecting the Process Trigger Object, you can further filter by fields. Only records that meet these filter conditions will execute the Business Process and subsequent actions. You can add a custom hint to explain the trigger configuration (limit: 100 characters). You can also configure post-process actions, including field updates, executing APL code, CRM notifications, and data lock/unlock.

  • Field Update: After the approval or workflow finishes, the system can automatically update field values on related records (for example, change status or modify data).
  • Execute APL Code: After the process completes, the system can run predefined APL code to handle complex, customized logic.
  • CRM Notification: After the process completes, the system can automatically send notifications to relevant users so they understand the process outcome and can take appropriate actions.
  • Data Lock/Unlock: After the process completes, the system can automatically lock or unlock related data to ensure data security and integrity.
