Post-approval actions in Business Process include: Field Update, SMS Notification, Initiate Business Process, Send Email, External Notification v2, Execute APL Code, Data Lock/Unlock, Create Task, Create Calendar Event, Create Sales Record, Variable Assignment, Execute Conversion Rules

1. Field Update

1.1 Field Update Function

The system automatically updates specified fields to configured values after process approval.

2. SMS Notification

2.1 SMS Notification Function

Enables timely delivery of critical alerts, reminders, or notifications to Accounts, employees, or other stakeholders.

2.2 Configure SMS Notification

Enter recipient names and mobile numbers, then compose and send the notification.
Note: SMS service must be enabled.

3. Initiate Business Process

3.1 Initiate Business Process Function

Triggers another Business Process upon completion of the current workflow by configuring the initiating object and target process.

3.2 Configure Business Process Initiation

4.1 Send Email Function

Facilitates timely email communication of important updates, reminders, or notifications to Accounts, employees, or other stakeholders.

4.2 Configure Email

After setting up the system mailbox, specify recipients (individuals or groups) and configure Cc/Bcc fields. Select email templates (predefined in [Business Customization] > [Template Management]).

Notifies external parties (e.g., Suppliers) upon Business Process completion, addressing cross-organization communication challenges.
