2. Scenario Example 2
Enterprise account registration and approval workflow: after a salesperson creates an Account, they supplement Account information during follow-up. If the Account is classified as a Key Account, it requires approval and reassignment to a designated salesperson for follow-up.
- “Supplement Account information during follow-up”: edit the Account record. You can configure a “Business Activity” to edit Account information.
- “Classified as Key Account”: evaluate Account fields; if identified as a Key Account, route it for approval. Add a “Branch” node to perform this conditional check.
- “Requires approval”: add an “Approval” workflow step.
- “Reassign salesperson”: change the Account owner. Add a “Business Activity” and configure its action as “Change Owner”.
- Based on the full description, split this workflow into three stages: “Account Information Update”, “Account Approval”, and “Owner Reassignment”. Stage the process according to your actual business needs to clearly reflect the process flow.
