Phase Task To-Do Center

Once a stage process is initiated, the system will send task notifications to relevant personnel based on the workflow configuration, enabling timely awareness and action on pending tasks.

1. Accessing the To-Do List

The CRM To-Do > Pending Stage Tasks section displays a list of stage tasks awaiting your action or already processed by you.

2. Filtering and Auto-Refresh

The to-do list supports filtering by object type. Once a task is completed, the list automatically refreshes.
