Trigger Pipeline

1. Pipeline triggers: Automatic vs. Manual

• Opportunity pipelines are selected when creating a new Opportunity. After submission, the selected pipeline triggers by default.
• For other objects, pipeline initiation is performed manually from the record detail page after the data is submitted.

1.1 Automatic trigger

• After submission, the pipeline configured during Opportunity creation triggers automatically.

1.2 Manual initiation

• After creating records for other objects, users can manually start a pipeline from the record (provided there is no pending approval).
