Trigger Stage Process

1. Stage Process Triggers: Automatic vs. Manual Initiation

• Opportunity Process: The stage process selected when creating a new Opportunity is automatically triggered upon data submission.
• Other Objects: For non-Opportunity records, the stage process must be manually initiated from the record detail page after submission.

1.1 Automatic Trigger

• The pre-configured stage process is automatically triggered upon Opportunity creation and data submission.

• For other object records, the stage process can be manually triggered post-submission (unless an approval is pending).
