View Pipeline Tasks


1. Pipeline Details Entry:

1.1 Three entry points

a. In CRM To-Do → Pending Stage Tasks, the list displays stage tasks assigned to or already processed by the current user.

b. On the object record detail page.

c. The detail page shows all stages and their tasks. Assignees can complete tasks, advance to the next stage, or skip stages from this page.

2. View Pipeline View

2.1 Entry to open the Pipeline view

The pipeline view icon under the object list.

2.1 Purpose of the Pipeline view

A Pipeline definition can contain multiple stages. The Pipeline view tiles all stages and shows each stage name and the number of object records in that stage. The Pipeline view currently supports Opportunity 2.0, Opportunity, Leads, Account, Sales Order, and custom objects.

3. Filters

Support filtering by object fields and tags. Opportunity 2.0 also provides preset quick filters, including Amount Range and Expected Close Date.

4. Card Field Settings

A card can display up to six object fields. Amount fields support tenant-level settings and personal-level settings.

5. Select Pipeline

You can select from all Pipeline definitions available for the object.

6. Displayed Metrics

Currently only Opportunity 2.0 shows metrics: Amount of Opportunities In Progress, Amount of Won Opportunities, and Forecasted Opportunity Amount.

7. Pipeline View Cards

Opportunity 2.0 cards support quick inline editing of record details and posting Follow-Up Activity.
