Create Pipeline


1. Basic Information

  • Process Name: e.g., “Opportunity Pipeline Process”, “Lead Follow-up Process”.
  • Process Description: Describe the purpose or significance of the process.
  • Process Initiation Object: The related object used to initiate the Pipeline.
  • Scope of Application: Users who are within this scope can initiate this Pipeline.

2. Advanced Settings

2.1 Enable Interconnection Process

Use this option to select Pipelines that involve external participants; supports selecting Interconnection applications such as ShareOrder, SharePartner, Work Order, Service Connector (individual), ShareOrder Mall, Device Inquiry, Service Connector, Device Inquiry, ShareOrder Mall, and other Interconnection apps.

Note: - Once checked, you can choose Interconnection applications. - After enabling, this Pipeline applies to the Downstream.

2.2 Select Interconnection Node

  • Check “Set as Interconnection Node”.
  • The Interconnection application chosen in Basic Information syncs automatically and cannot be modified.
  • Who handles this business: add Downstream enterprise personnel variables at this Interconnection node.

3. Triggers

Pipelines initiated for objects can be started manually or automatically via the Pipeline trigger.

  • Process Initiation Object: Specifies which object the Pipeline starts from: supports Opportunity 2.0, Leads, Account, Orders, Campaign, Partners, and custom objects.
  • Object Field: Set the Pipeline based on the selected object field; only single-select fields are allowed. For a given object, you may select only one single-select field as the Pipeline field, and it cannot be modified later.
  • Trigger Action: Creating a new object that meets filter criteria triggers the Pipeline automatically. Except for Opportunity 2.0, other objects without an approval flow support manual initiation or re-initiation.

4. Filters

When initiating a Pipeline manually, the system validates filter conditions; only records that meet the conditions will trigger the process.

4.1 Filter Conditions:

  • Opportunity 2.0 does not support filter conditions.
  • Other objects support filter fields including: fields on the object itself, fields on related objects, owner’s primary Dept., users, and user Attributes.

5. Stage Settings

5.1 Opportunity 2.0_Pipeline

  • Stage types are configured in the Opportunity stage field (including In Progress, Won, Deal Lost, Invalid).
  • You can configure Win Probability.
  • The Pipeline can adjust single-select values and Win Probability in the Opportunity stage.

5.2 Other Objects_Pipeline

  • Choose a single-select field on the object to serve as the stage.
  • Stages support configuring stage type (Standard Stage, Terminal Stage_Success, Terminal Stage_Failure).
  • Support stage ordering.

6. Pipeline Publishing

6.1 Publish Pipeline

  • Save: After saving successfully, the Pipeline can be enabled immediately.
