Creating Stage Processes


1. Basic Information

  • Process Name: e.g., “Opportunity Stage Advancement Process”, “Lead Follow-up Process”, etc.
  • Process Description: Describes the purpose or significance of the process.
  • Process Initiator Object: The associated object used to initiate the stage process.
  • Applicable Scope: The scope of the current Pipeline, meaning only users within this scope can initiate the process.

2. Advanced Settings

2.1 Enable Interconnection Process

Selects stage processes involving external participants. Supported interconnected applications include:
- Order Connector
- Work Order
- SharePartner
- Equipment Assets
- Service Connector (Individual)
- Order Mall
- Equipment Query
- Service Connector

Note:
- After enabling, you can select interconnected applications.
- Once enabled, this Pipeline applies to all Downstream scenarios.

2.2 Select Interconnection Node

  • Check “Set as Interconnection Node”.
  • Automatically syncs the interconnected applications selected in the Basic Information section (cannot be modified).
  • Who handles this task: Add Downstream personnel variables at this interconnection node.

3. Triggers

For stage processes initiated on objects, the Pipeline can be triggered manually or automatically.

  • Process Initiator Object: Specifies the object under which the current Pipeline is initiated. Supported objects include:
    • Opportunity 2.0
    • Leads
    • Account
    • Order
    • Campaign
    • Partner
    • Custom objects
  • Object Field: Sets the stage based on the selected object field (only single-select fields are supported). For the same object, only one single-select field can be used for the Pipeline and cannot be modified.

  • Trigger Action:
    • New objects trigger automatically based on filter conditions.
    • For objects other than Opportunity 2.0, manual initiation or re-initiation is supported if no approval flow exists.

4. Filters

Validates filter conditions when manually triggering the stage process. Only conditions that meet the criteria will trigger.

4.1 Filter Conditions:

  • Opportunity 2.0 does not support filter conditions.
  • Other objects support filter condition fields, including:
    • Current object fields
    • Associated object fields
    • Owner’s primary department
    • Personnel
    • Personnel Attributes

5. Stage Settings

5.1 Opportunity 2.0 Stage Process

  • Stage types are configured in the Opportunity stage field (including In Progress, Deal Won, Deal Lost, Invalid).
  • Supports win rate configuration.
  • The Pipeline can adjust single-select values and win rates in the Opportunity stage.

5.2 Other Object Stage Process

  • Select a single-select field from the object as the stage.
  • Stages support configuration of stage types (Normal Stage, Final Stage_Success, Failure).
  • Supports stage sorting.
