1. Configuration Phase

1.1 Phase Details

  • Phase Name: Customize the workflow name based on business needs.
  • Phase Description: Describe the purpose or significance of the workflow.
  • Phase Duration:
    • No time limit: Timeout reminders cannot be configured.
    • Phase duration: Timeout reminders can be configured.
  • Timeout Reminder:
    • Pre-timeout and post-timeout reminders can be added.
    • Reminder recipients can be selected from colleagues, departments, department heads, process-related variables, roles, user groups, data-related variables, or personnel object variables.
    • Reminder content can include data variables.

1.2 Phase Completion Conditions

  • Mandatory Tasks to Proceed: List all tasks under this phase. Selected tasks must be completed to advance to the next phase.

1.3 Phase Entry Conditions

  • Regular Phase: Filter conditions include fields from the current object, Lookup object fields, the owner’s primary department, personnel, and personnel attributes.
  • Termination Phase:
    • The following conditions must be met to enter this phase:
      • Field-based:
        • Filter conditions include fields from the current object, Lookup object fields, the owner’s primary department, personnel, and personnel attributes.
        • You can select phases that must be completed before entering this phase.
      • Custom Function-based:
        • Validate rules by setting a custom function. The return type must be ValidateResult.
    • Termination Phase Prompt: Customizable text (up to 100 characters).
    • Mandatory Phases to Complete: Select phases that must be completed before entering this phase.
