1.1 Phase Details
- Phase Name: Name the phase according to your business process.
- Phase Description: Describe the purpose or meaning of this phase.
- Phase Duration:
- No time limit: timeout notifications cannot be configured.
- Phase duration: timeout notifications can be configured.
- Timeout Notifications:
- You can add reminders for before and after timeout.
- Recipients can be selected from colleagues, Departments, department managers, process-related variables, Roles, user groups, data-related variables, and person object variables.
- Notification content can include data variables.

- Standard Phase: Filterable fields include fields of this object, lookup object fields, the owner’s primary Dept., person, and person Attribute.
- Terminal Phase:

- Custom-function-based: Validate entry by configuring a custom function. The function must return a value of type ValidateResult.
- Terminal entry message: Customizable message up to 100 characters.
