Configuration Phase Tasks


1. Task Details

1.1 Task Name

You can customize the task name to facilitate later operations.

1.2 Task Description

Provide a description for the task to help subsequent handlers understand it.

  • Note: Tasks can only be configured under Normal stages; they cannot be set in Terminal stages.

1.3 Task Types

1.3.1 Edit Object

  • Which object to edit: Supports selecting a related object.
  • Which fields to edit: Configure editable fields; layouts can be referenced.
  • Button label: Customize the button label.
  • Button label on the edit-fields page: Customize the button label.

  • Select or create which object: Support creating a new related object or selecting an existing one.
  • Only allow creating new records (no association with existing data): Create-only mode.
  • Button label: Customize the button label.
  • Scope of selectable data: Restrict selectable data to meet different business scenarios.

1.3.3 Bulk Edit Sub-object

  • Which object to edit: Supports selecting a Sub-object.
  • Button label: Customize the button label.
  • Button label on the edit-fields page: Customize the button label.

1.3.4 Operate on Object

  • Which object to operate on: Supports selecting a related object.

1.3.5 Empty Task

A task that requires no online operation.

1.4 Who Handles This Step

  • You can assign to a User, Role, or variable.
  • You can also use APL code for more complex assignment logic.

1.5 Task Duration (Stay Time)

Set the task duration to improve processing efficiency.

Note: - The duration unit is hours. The value must be a positive integer.

1.6 Timeout Reminders

Configure reminder time and actions (CRM notification, SMS, or email).

2. Generation Conditions

A stage task is generated only if the configured conditions are met.

2.1 Configure Generation Conditions

The node completes only when the following conditions are met. Filterable fields include this object’s Attributes, Lookup object Attributes, the assignee’s primary Dept., Users, User Attributes, or APL code.

3. Task Completion Conditions

A stage task can be marked complete only if the configured conditions are met.

3.1 Configure Task Completion Conditions

The node completes only when the following conditions are met. Filterable fields include this object’s Attributes, Lookup object Attributes, the assignee’s primary Dept., Users, User Attributes, or APL code.
