  • Active Approval Processes: Monitor the progress of ongoing approval workflows.
  • Overdue Approvals: Identify approvals that exceed their processing deadlines for timely intervention.
  • Node Exceptions: Detect abnormal nodes in approval workflows to prevent delays.
  • All Processes: View an overview of all approval processes, including active, completed, and exceptional workflows.
  • Process Exceptions: Centralize all exceptional workflows for quick troubleshooting.
  • Withdrawn/Approved/Rejected Approvals: Analyze approval outcomes by tracking withdrawn, approved, and rejected counts.
2. Filtering Capabilities

Users can filter approval processes using the following criteria for targeted analysis:

  • Related Object Filter: Filter by the object associated with the approval process.
  • Pending Assignee Filter: Isolate approvals awaiting specific personnel.
  • Process Timeline Filter: Narrow down approvals by start/end dates.

  • Export: Export approval process data in various statuses for offline analysis.
  • Delete: Remove withdrawn/approved/rejected approvals individually or in bulk to maintain data integrity.
