To-Do Center Configuration


1. Entry

  • [Settings] - [To-Do Center Configuration]
  • The configuration page displays all previously created columns and groups. Click an item to view details on the right. Click [Save and Activate] to apply the configuration.

2. Create New

  • You can click to create a new group or column.

Note: After creating a To-Do column, the column will appear in CRM To-Do only after at least one to-do item for that column is generated.
