To-Do Center Configuration


I. Access

  • Navigate to [Settings] > [To-Do Center Configuration]
  • The configuration page displays all previously created sections and groups. Click on any item to view detailed information on the right panel. Select [Save and Enable] to apply configurations.

II. Create New

  • Click New Group or New Section to create.

Note: After creating a new CRM To-Do section, the section will only appear in the CRM To-Do list if there is actual to-do data generated for it.
