1. Scenario Value
During use, the Single-line Text, Multi-line Text, Rich Text, and Collaborative Rich Text fields support AI content generation. When you enable the “Enable AI Content Generation” option, these fields will automatically generate text, saving you time and improving productivity.
2. Operation Instructions
2.1. Admin Console
To use AI-generated field content, enable the “Enable AI Content Generation” option in the Admin Console as follows:
- Field settings: When creating a new field or editing an existing field, locate and enable the “Enable AI Content Generation” option.

Template selection or creation: After enabling “Enable AI Content Generation,” you can choose an existing template or create a new one. If you choose to create a new template, proceed to the next step.

Template configuration: On the “Create Prompt Template” page, complete the Basic Information configuration and the Prompt Template configuration. Properly configuring these settings helps the AI produce content that better matches your needs.


2.2. Admin Frontend
After you enable “Enable AI Content Generation” in the Admin Console and complete the relevant configuration, you can use AI auto-generation in the Admin Frontend as follows:
- AI generation: When creating or editing relevant content, click the AI button. The system will automatically generate text based on the configured AI template.

- Content handling: After generation, you can perform different actions based on your needs. Click “Regenerate” to have the system generate content again using the template rules; click “Copy Text” to copy the generated text to the clipboard for easy pasting; click “Replace” to replace the existing content with the newly generated text.
