AI-Generated Fields

1. Scenario Value

The “Single-line Text,” “Multi-line Text,” “Rich Text,” and “Collaborative Rich Text” fields all support AI-generated content. When you enable the “Enable AI Content Generation” feature, these fields will automatically generate text, saving you time and improving efficiency.

2. Instructions

2.1. Admin Console

To enable AI-generated field content, follow these steps in the Admin Console:

1. Field Settings: When creating or editing a field, locate the “Enable AI Content Generation” option and turn it on.

1. Template Selection or Creation: After enabling “Enable AI Content Generation,” you can either select an existing template or create a new one. If you choose to create a new template, proceed to the next step.

2. Template Configuration: On the “Create Prompt Template” page, configure both the “Basic Information” and “Prompt Template” sections. Proper configuration ensures the AI-generated content aligns with your needs.

2.2. Frontend Operations

Once you enable “Enable AI Content Generation” and complete the configuration in the Admin Console, you can use the AI auto-generation feature in the frontend. Follow these steps:

1. AI Generation: When creating or editing content, click the AI button. The system will generate text based on the configured template.

1. Content Handling: After generation, you can:
   • Click “Regenerate” to generate new content based on the template.
   • Click “Copy Text” to copy the generated text to your clipboard.
   • Click “Replace” to overwrite the existing content with the new text.
