Image Field

• Image fields support watermarked photo capture, with customizable watermark content

• Three default variables are preconfigured: current user, current time, and current location

• A maximum of 5 watermark fields are allowed, and selected fields cannot be duplicated in watermarks

OCR text recognition is supported.

OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is a text recognition technology that extracts text information from any medium (paper, images, documents, billboards, etc.). For specific configuration details, click here.

Note: OCR Usage Instructions

1. To enable OCR for image fields, select the recognition type and create fields to store the extracted information

2. Navigate to the object's detail page (or create/edit page layout) > UI Events > Data Update Events, using the OCR-enabled image field as the trigger

3. Add functions - each OCR recognition type has corresponding template functions

4. Select templates, replace field variables, then save both the function and layout
