This section provides detailed guidance on configuring complex settings for attachment fields.

2.1 OCR Text Recognition Support

2.1.1 Configuration Notes

1. When OCR is enabled for an attachment field, only the following file formats are supported: Images (JPG/JPEG/PNG/BMP), PDF, and OFD. Additionally, each file must contain only one piece of recognizable content.
2. For parameter mapping configurations, it is recommended to upload one file at a time. If multiple files are uploaded, only the last file will be processed.
3. Select existing fields as mapping targets. Each field can only be selected once.
4. Field mapping is not available for “special field groups” or individual fields within them, including: payment collection, check-in components, regional positioning, and other business field components.

2.2 File Format Restrictions

2.2.1 Without OCR Text Recognition

1. If “Restrict file formats” is set to No, users can upload files in any format.
2. If “Restrict file formats” is set to Yes, multiple supported formats can be selected, or custom formats can be entered in the “Other” field.

2.2.2 With OCR Text Recognition Enabled

1. If “Restrict file formats” is set to No:
   • The system automatically enables “Restrict file formats” and selects PDF.
   • The “Other” field is pre-filled with: jpg;jpeg;png;bmp;ofd.
2. If “Restrict file formats” is set to Yes:
   • The system clears any existing user configurations, selects PDF, and fills the “Other” field with: jpg;jpeg;png;bmp;ofd.
3. The “Restrict file formats” option is disabled. Only PDF remains selectable; all other format options are grayed out (except the “Other” field).
4. If the “Other” field contains formats other than jpg;jpeg;png;bmp;ofd;pdf, the system validates the input upon losing focus. The field turns red, and an error message appears:
   > “When OCR is enabled for an attachment field, file formats must be restricted. Only Images (JPG/JPEG/PNG/BMP), PDF, and OFD files are supported.”

2.3 File Preview Support

1. The following file formats support preview:
   • Documents: DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, PDF, TXT, HTML, JS, XML, ASPX, CSV, SQL, CSS, JSON, HTM, MSG
   • Images: JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, JPEG, SVG
   • Media: MP4, MKV, MOV, M4V, WEBM, OGG, MP3, WAV, AAC
2. All other formats do not support preview.
