Batch Import Fields

Business Use Case

Example scenario: Users need to add multiple fields under a custom object before editing them.

2.1 Import

Navigation Path:
[Admin Console] → [Object Management] → [Preset Object Management]/[Custom Object Management] → [Import]

2.2 Import Local Files

2.2.1 Download Field Import Template

• Download Template: Click to download the template
• Modify Template: Adjust the template name, select field types, configure basic Attributes, then save and upload the modified template

2.2.2 Preview Data

Review and adjust field Attributes in the preview section before finalizing with the “Save” action.

Notes:

1. Additional Attributes can be configured post-import via field editing.
2. Supported importable field types in preset/custom objects:
   • Single-line text
   • Multi-line text
   • Rich text
   • Radio button
   • Checkbox
   • Number
   • Currency
   • Date
   • Time
   • DateTime
   • Phone
   • Images
   • Files
   • Email
   • Boolean
   • Lookup relationship
   • Percentage
   • URL
   • Auto-increment ID
   • Departments (single/multi-select)
   • Users (single/multi-select)
   • Geolocation
   • Master-detail relationship

Other field types are currently unsupported for import.
