• The mobile list page layout references the mobile configuration in the scenario. If the mobile field display settings in the scenario remain unchanged, the mobile summary layout directly controls field visibility on the mobile list page.
• The mobile summary layout supports multiple Record Types, allowing different summary layouts to be assigned to different Record Types.

FAQs

1. Why don’t changes to the mobile summary layout fields reflect on the frontend?

Ensure that the Independent Configuration option is enabled for mobile field display in the scenario. Changes will only appear on the frontend if the Scenario Management - Mobile Display is set to [Inherit Mobile Summary Field Settings] and the mobile summary layout is modified accordingly.

2. Can the summary layout exceed the 8-field limit?

A maximum of 8 fields can be configured, and this limit cannot be expanded. However, enabling the Advanced Layout option allows exceeding the 8-field restriction.

3. Where do the fields displayed in forwarded Chats cards come from?

They are always pulled from the default mobile summary layout and do not dynamically adjust based on the Record Type of the data.
