• Scene configuration: Mobile list page fields follow the mobile summary layout by default

• In the mobile list layout, the fields referenced come from the mobile settings in the Scene. If you do not modify the mobile field display settings in the Scene, the mobile summary layout directly controls the visibility of fields on the mobile list page
• Mobile summary layouts support multiple Record Types; you can assign different summary layouts to different Record Types
• Summary: The mobile list page supports customizing different summary fields according to different Scenes and Record Types

3. Common Questions

1. Why don’t changes to the mobile summary layout’s displayed fields appear on the front end?

Confirm whether the Scene’s field display — Mobile — has an independent configuration enabled. Only when Scene Management → Mobile Display is set to “Use mobile summary field settings” and you modify the mobile summary layout will those changes appear on the front end.

2. Can the summary layout include more than eight fields?

You can set up to 8 fields; expansion beyond 8 is not supported. However, enabling Advanced Layout for the summary allows displaying more than 8 fields.

3. Where do the fields shown on forwarded Chats cards come from?

They always use the mobile default summary layout; they do not switch based on the data Record Type.
