3. FAQ

  1. Why don’t I see the “Cross-Object Filter” button in the admin interface?

The Cross-Object Filter button appears on the object’s Filter page only after an administrator enables Cross-Object Filtering for that object in the Admin Console. If it is not enabled, the button won’t be shown.

  1. Why do some preset objects lack a “Cross-Object Filtering” switch?

Some preset objects do not yet support Cross-Object Filtering. Support for additional preset objects will be added over time.

  1. What is the maximum number of filter conditions supported?

The filter supports up to 3 OR groups. Each OR group can contain up to 6 AND conditions.

  1. Why can I only select fields from the current object when defining filters?

When setting up Cross-Object Filtering, you must explicitly select the related object that the current object looks up to (Lookup/related object). Without selecting the related object, cross-object filters cannot be applied.

  1. Why does the page stay on loading for a long time after applying a cross-object filter?

Cross-Object Filtering may increase query time. Please wait patiently while the system completes the query.
