1. Field Sorting
1.1 Why can’t the “Owner’s Primary Dept.” field be sorted?
- The value of “Owner’s Primary Dept.” is not directly stored in the database table. Instead, it’s dynamically generated through multi-table joins or additional calculations during queries. Therefore, the database cannot sort this field directly.
2. Field Filtering
2.1 “Tags” field unavailable in list page filters
Possible reason: The enterprise has enabled either the “Filter by Enterprise-Shielded Tags (Mobile & Web)” feature or the “Shield All System Capabilities” feature in the grayscale testing. Please check if there are any application records related to these features for this enterprise in the “Product Grayscale Application” object.
2.2 Unable to select corresponding tags during filtering
If you can’t find the “Tags” option in filter fields, it might be because the tag group isn’t applicable to the object. Also verify the activation status of both the tags and tag groups.
