Field Filtering FAQs


1. Field Sorting

1.1 Why is the “Owner Primary Dept.” field not sortable?

  • The value of “Owner Primary Dept.” is not stored directly in a single database table. It is computed dynamically at query time via multi-table joins or additional calculations. Therefore, the database cannot perform a direct sort on this field.

2. Field Filtering

2.1 “Tags” option does not appear in list-page filter fields

If the organization has enabled a gray release for the “Filter by company-blocked tags (mobile, web)” feature or has enabled the “Disable all system capabilities” option, check whether there is a corresponding request record for this capability in the “Products” object (the product gray-release request for the company).

2.2 Cannot find specific tags when filtering

If the “Tags” option does not appear among filter fields, the tag group may not apply to the object. Also verify that the tag and the tag group are enabled.
