Using Object Relationship Diagrams

Object Relationship Diagrams visually represent interactions and relationships between objects in the system, facilitating object organization and data model design to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.

1.3 User Guide

1. Under the All Types navigation tab, select a specific object (e.g., Products & Service After-Sales).
2. In the Auto Layout panel on the left, click an object field to expand all its fields.
3. Click Show All Related Objects under the settings button to display all objects within two levels that have master-detail or lookup relationships with the selected object.
4. For any object displayed in the left panel, click View Object Details under the settings button to navigate to its details page.
5. Master (Lookup) objects are represented by a “dot” origin, while child (related) objects are linked via a “fan” connector.

Note:
“Within two levels” means: If Products & Service After-Sales relates to Campaign, and Campaign relates to Account, the diagram will show Account but not objects further linked to Account.
