Usage of Object Relationship Diagrams
1. Object Relationship Diagram
1.1 Use Value
The Object Relationship Diagram visualizes interactions and relationships between objects in the system. It helps map objects and design the data model to ensure data integrity and efficient processes.
1.2 How to Access the Object Relationship Diagram
Navigation: [Admin Console] -> [Search] -> [Object Relationship Diagram]

1.3 User Guide
- Under the navigation filter [All Types], select the specific object (example used here: Products and Services — After-sales).
- In the auto-layout panel on the left, click an object field to expand all fields.
- Click the settings button and choose “Show all related objects for this object” to display all objects within two levels that have master-detail or lookup relationships with this object.
- For any object shown in the left panel, click the settings button and select “View object details” to jump to the object’s detail page.
- A master (or lookup) object is represented by a “dot” origin; a child (or related) object is represented by a “sector” link.
Note
“Within two levels” means: if Products and Services — After-sales is related to Campaign, and Campaign is related to Account, then the Object Relationship Diagram for Products and Services — After-sales will show Account, but it will not show objects related to Account.
