Custom Language Settings


ShareCRM supports enterprise-customized languages and can provide specific support when a required language is not yet available.

ShareCRM is highly customizable and allows organizations to define their own language settings. Companies can translate or replace interface text, prompts, and error messages to suit different language environments and user groups.

  • ShareCRM reserves a language entry point (multilingual service platform), but not all language packs are currently released to users. If an organization requires an unreleased language, ShareCRM can automatically translate site-wide strings with tooling and roll the translation out to that organization for testing. The organization can then refine translations using the Translation Workbench import/export features.
  • If an organization requires a language beyond the platform’s available options, they must submit a special approval request; development will handle support on a case-by-case basis.
  • Organizations may also provide completed translation files themselves and submit them for special approval; development will then process and support those files (note: any costs incurred for this will be borne by the submitting organization).
