Custom Language Settings
ShareCRM supports enterprise-level language customization. For languages not yet natively supported, ShareCRM provides specialized capabilities to accommodate unique customer requirements when needed.
The ShareCRM platform offers flexible customization features, enabling businesses to tailor language settings according to their specific needs. Organizations can translate or replace interface texts, notification messages, error prompts, and other system content to adapt to different linguistic environments and user group preferences.
Key features include:
- ShareCRM maintains a multilingual service portal (currently with limited language availability). When required, our platform can automatically translate all system terms using proprietary tools and deploy them in a controlled release to the requesting enterprise. Businesses may further modify these translations using our Translation Workbench’s import/export functionality. - For languages beyond our standard offerings, enterprises may submit special approval requests for R&D team intervention. - Organizations may also provide pre-translated language packages through special approval channels (Note: Any associated costs will be borne by the requesting enterprise). R&D teams will handle these custom implementations.
