3. How to standardize historical data after enabling Data Translation Settings?

ShareCRM supports the Update Import function. Use this function to configure historical data for multiple languages after you enable Data Translation Settings. Follow these steps:

1. On the front-end page, choose Import, select Update Existing Records, set the import matching method, and download the data template.

1. If you select Primary Attribute as the import matching method, enter the primary Attribute values for the records you want to configure in the corresponding column. Then fill in translations directly in the spreadsheet (the area highlighted in red). You can modify other columns as needed; if no changes are required, remove those columns.
