III. How to Configure Historical Data After Enabling Data Translation

ShareCRM supports bulk updates via import functionality, allowing you to configure multilingual settings for historical data after enabling Data Translation. Follow these steps:

1. On the frontend page, select Import > Update Existing Data, configure the data identification method, and download the template.

1. If selecting Primary Attribute as the identification method:
   • Enter the primary attributes of records requiring multilingual configuration in designated fields.
   • Configure multilingual values in the highlighted columns (red boxes). Modify or delete other columns as needed.

   • Enter the unique IDs of records requiring multilingual configuration in designated fields.
   • Configure multilingual values in the highlighted columns (red boxes). Modify or delete other columns as needed.
