2. Translation Languages and Scope

• Renameable languages: Languages supported by the platform.
• Supported scope for edits: preset object names, preset field names, custom object names, custom field names.

• Preset objects and preset fields: For preset objects and preset fields, users may only edit the system-provided translation values. The system will use the edited translation values when displaying labels; preset object and field descriptions remain unchanged. If a preset translation for a given language is cleared, the system falls back to the description value (Default).
• Custom objects: When you create a custom object, the system assigns the created object name to the Default Value and copies the description into every language translation field. You may edit those translation values (edits do not overwrite the Default Value). If you clear a translation value, the system falls back to the user-created content (Default Value) when switching languages.

3. Import and Export

3.1 Import

You can import translation data for a single language at a time. Select the target language, then upload or drag the file into the file area to start the import.

3.1 Export

Before importing, you can export data for editing and then re-import to perform batch translation. You can export translation data for only one language at a time. You may select multiple objects to include in the export.

Two export modes are available: All untranslated entries, or All entries.
