1. Overview

The platform supports both user-level and tenant-level time zone settings (time zone settings are not available on mobile).

2. Tenant Time Zone Configuration

Entry: [Admin Console] - [Company Information Settings]

Permissions: Only System Administrators can configure tenant-level time zones.

After you set the tenant time zone, all subordinate users will use that time zone by default.

3. Personal Time Zone Configuration

Entry: [Personal Settings] - [Language & Time Zone]

A user’s personal time zone remains unchanged when the tenant time zone is modified.

4. Impact

After enabling multiple time zones, date fields on record detail pages, list views, create pages, and edit pages display times according to the selected time zone. Date values used in conditional logic or formula calculations are also processed based on the current time zone.
