1. Overview

The platform supports both individual-level and tenant-level time zone configurations (mobile devices do not support time zone settings).

2. Tenant Time Zone Configuration

Access Path: [Admin Console] > [Company Information Settings]

Permission Note: Only [System Administrators] have the privilege to configure tenant-level time zones.

Once the tenant-level time zone is set, all subordinate users will default to this time zone.

3. Individual Time Zone Configuration

Access Path: [Personal Settings] > [Language & Time Zone Settings]

Individually configured time zones remain unaffected by changes to the tenant-level time zone.

4. Impact Notes

When multiple time zones are configured, date fields on detail pages, list views, create/edit pages will display according to the selected time zone. Additionally, date-based conditional logic or formula calculations will process data based on the current time zone.
