Country and Region Management Configuration


I. Access and Permission Overview

  • Prerequisite: You must first apply to enable the beta feature [Tenant-Level Country/Region Management].
  • Access Path: [Admin Console] > [Enterprise Settings] > [Country/Region Management]
  • Permission: [System Administrator] and [CRM Administrator] have access by default and can assign this permission to other Roles.

Upon entering the page, the system will display preset country/province/city data. Drill down to the required level as needed.

II. Functional Operations Guide

  1. Enable/Disable: Disabled regions will become unavailable for selection throughout the system.
  2. Action Panel:
    • a. Edit: Modify region name, coordinates, Code, etc.
    • b. Delete: Removes the current region and all its subordinate data. Deleted regions will become invisible in historical records and unavailable for future selection.
  3. Download: Export country/region data in Excel format for review.
  4. Create New: When preset regions don’t meet your needs, create custom regions.
    • Creating at the initial page level adds a top-level region.
    • Creating within a specific region adds a subordinate region.
