Country/Region Management Configuration


1. Entry and Permission Overview

  • Prerequisite: Request enablement of the feature flag “Tenant-level Country/Province/City/District Management”.
  • Entry: Admin Console > Company Settings > Country & Region Management
  • Permissions: Users with the System Administrator and CRM Administrator Roles have access and can grant this permission to other Roles.

After entering the page, the system displays the preconfigured country/province/city/district hierarchy. Drill down level-by-level to reach the desired level.

2. Functional Instructions

  1. Enable/Disable: Disabling a region prevents further use of that region in the system.
  2. Actions: a. Edit: Modify region name, coordinates, Code, and other attributes.
    b. Delete: Removes the selected region and all its subordinate regions. After deletion, any historical references to the deleted regions become unavailable for viewing or selection.
  3. Download: Export country and region data as an Excel file for review.
  4. Create New: If the system’s predefined regions do not meet your needs, create custom regions. Creating from the initial page adds a top-level region. When you create a region after drilling into an existing region, the new region becomes a child (sub-region) of the current region.
