1. Enabling Multi-Currency

When the multi-currency feature is enabled, the system automatically adds four predefined fields to all objects, including currency and exchange rate fields. Each object supports only one currency field. By default, these fields are not displayed in layouts.

To display currency and exchange rate fields in the create/edit layouts and detail page layouts of related objects, users can configure them accordingly.

2. Layout Configuration

After enabling multi-currency, all amount fields, calculated fields, and statistical fields on objects still return values in the Original Currency. Even when operating in a multi-currency environment, these fields continue to return values in their original currency.

Primary Object-Sub-object relationship: The currency of a Sub-object must match that of its Primary Object. The currency field on Sub-objects is read-only by default and cannot be modified.
