1. Enable Multi-Currency

After enabling the multi-currency feature, the system adds four preset fields to all objects. These fields include currency fields and exchange rate fields. By default, these fields are not displayed on object layouts.

• After enabling multi-currency, currency-type fields can be set to use either the Original Currency or the Base Currency. The displayed value can also show the converted amount.
• You must set the Base Currency when enabling the feature. Once the Base Currency is set, it cannot be changed.

2. Currency Management

After enabling multi-currency, administrators can maintain the currencies required for business operations from the administration interface. For each maintained currency, administrators can enable, disable, or delete it.

• Enable/Disable: When a currency is disabled, users cannot select that currency when creating new records. Historical records that use the disabled currency still display correctly in the UI; users can still view and operate on those records.
• Delete: You cannot delete a currency that is already used by existing data.
