Multi-Region Configuration


1. Overview

ShareCRM supports both individual-level and tenant-level regional settings to accommodate diverse requirements.

  1. Individual-Level Regional Settings: Users can configure their personal region or country in their profile settings. This allows each user to set their preferred time zone for optimal work efficiency and data viewing within the system.

  2. Tenant-Level Regional Settings: Tenant administrators can configure default regional settings at the tenant level. This ensures all team members under the same tenant adhere to a unified regional configuration for consistent workflow and data management.

Additionally, the platform supports customized regional configurations for specific business scenarios and requirements.

2. Tenant Regional Configuration

Access Path: [Admin Console] > [Company Information Settings]

Permission Note: Only [System Administrators] have the authority to configure tenant-level time zone settings.

Once tenant-level regional settings are configured, all subordinate users will default to these settings.

3. Individual Regional Configuration

Access Path: [Personal Settings] > [Language & Time Zone Settings]

Personal regional configurations remain unchanged even if tenant-level settings are modified.

4. Impact Analysis

After configuring multiple regions, all [DateTime], [Date], and [Time] fields in detail pages, list views, creation forms, and edit pages will display according to the selected region’s format.

For example, when switching from China to Europe, the [DateTime] field format changes from [YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM] to [DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM].
