Web Custom Pages


1. Overview

What is a Custom Page: Administrators can build pages that meet unique business needs by using the multi-layout and multi-component capabilities provided for Web Custom Pages and Mobile Custom Pages in the admin console. These custom pages can be added to the CRM application view menu and the Web application view menu.

2. Configuration Guide

2.1 Create a Custom Page

2.1.1 Enter Basic Information

  • Page Name: Up to 50 characters; required.
  • API Name: Primarily for developers. It must follow a specific format; if not needed, do not modify it (see help tip).
  • Menu Icon: The system provides 100 preset icons for selection.
  • Page Layout: The page offers 7 layout styles.

2.1.2 Layout Configuration

The editor is divided into left, center, and right sections:

  • Left: Component palette. Supported component categories: General Components, BI Components, Collaboration Components, Business Components, Interconnection Components, and Custom Components.
  • Center: Component display area (canvas).
  • Right: Global settings and component properties. Configure specific parameters according to the selected component.

2.2 Manage Custom Pages

In the Custom Pages list you can perform the following operations on existing custom pages: Edit, Deactivate, Clone, and Assign.

  • Edit: Modify an existing custom page.
  • Deactivate: Stop using this custom page.
  • Clone: Create a duplicate entry in the list.
  • Assign: Assign a created custom page to a custom menu item under a specific application. You can also create the custom menu item at the same time.

Note: To delete a custom page you must first click “Deactivate” and then delete it; to re-enable a deactivated page, click “Activate”.
