Web Custom Pages


1. Overview

What is a Custom Page: Administrators can leverage the multi-layout and multi-component capabilities provided by the backend web and mobile custom page builders to create pages tailored to an Account’s specific business needs. These pages can then be configured in both the CRM application view menu and the web application view menu.

2. Configuration Guide

2.1 Create a Custom Page

Access Path: Interface Customization Management → Web Custom Pages.

2.1.1 Enter Basic Information

  • Page Name: Limited to 50 characters and cannot be left blank.
  • API Name: Primarily for developers. Follows specific formatting requirements (see help tips for details). Avoid modifying unless necessary.
  • Menu Icon: The system provides 100 preset icons for selection.
  • Page Layout: Seven layout styles are available.

Basic Information

2.1.2 Layout Configuration

The interface consists of three sections:

  • Left Panel: Component settings, including:
    • General components
    • BI components
    • Collaboration components
    • Business components
    • Interconnection components
    • Custom components
  • Center Panel: Component display area.
  • Right Panel: Global and component-specific settings, where parameters can be configured based on the selected component.

2.2 Manage Custom Pages

In the custom page list, you can perform the following actions on existing pages: Edit, Disable, Copy, or Assign.

  • Edit: Modify an existing custom page.
  • Disable: Deactivate the page if no longer needed.
  • Copy: Duplicate an existing page in the list.
  • Assign: Link the custom page to a custom menu item within an application. You can also create a new menu item during assignment.

Note: To delete a custom page, first click Disable, then Delete. To reactivate, click Enable.
