CRM Homepage


1. Overview

  1. Administrators can configure tenant-level CRM homepages through the Admin Console, supporting multiple CRM homepage configurations that can be switched in the frontend.
  2. Personal-level CRM homepage configuration is supported for user convenience.

2. Configuration Guide

2.1 Tenant-Level CRM Homepage Configuration

2.1.1 Create a New CRM Homepage

  • Navigate to Admin Console > UI Customization > CRM Homepage and click Create New in the upper-right corner.

2.1.2 Enter Basic Information

  • Enter the homepage name.
  • Set the template priority (higher numbers indicate higher priority).
  • Provide a homepage description.
  • Select the applicable scope (by colleague, Dept., or Role).
  • Choose a page layout.

2.1.3 Configure Layout Rules

  • Drag and drop components to customize the page layout.

2.2 Personal-Level CRM Homepage Configuration

2.2.1 Switch Personal-Level CRM Homepage

  • Click the configuration icon in the upper-right corner of the CRM frontend and select the desired CRM homepage to switch.
  • If the desired homepage is not listed, check in the Admin Console whether the current user is included in the homepage’s applicable scope.

2.2.2 Configure Personal-Level CRM Homepage

  • Click the configuration icon in the upper-right corner of the CRM frontend and select Manage to access the personal-level CRM homepage management page.
  • Click Create New to enter the personal-level CRM homepage setup page.
  • The steps for creating a personal-level homepage are the same as for tenant-level.
  • Personal-level CRM homepage configurations do not affect tenant-level CRM menu settings in the Admin Console.
  • In the Admin Console list and user-facing CRM homepage list, templates with higher priority appear at the top. However, the system remembers the last homepage a user accessed by default.
