1. Overview
- Administrators configure tenant-level CRM Home pages in the Admin Console. Multiple CRM Home templates are supported and users can switch between them in the front end.
- Personal-level CRM Home configuration is also supported to provide users with a convenient, individualized experience.
2. Configuration Guide
2.1 Tenant-level CRM Home Configuration
2.1.1 Create a New CRM Home
- In the Admin Console, navigate to Interface Customization → CRM Home. Click the top-right button to start creating a new CRM Home.
2.1.2 Enter Basic Information
- Home Name: Enter the name of the Home page.
- Template Priority: Higher numeric values indicate higher priority.
- Description: Enter a short description for the Home.
- Applicable Scope: Choose who the template applies to — specific colleagues, Departments, or Roles.
- Page Layout: Select the desired page layout.
2.1.3 Configure Layout Rules
- Drag and drop components to design the page layout.

2.2 Personal-level CRM Home Configuration
2.2.1 Switch Personal CRM Home
- From the CRM front end, open the configuration menu at the top-right and click the name of the CRM Home you want to switch to.
- If the desired Home is not listed, check in the Admin Console whether the Home’s applicable scope includes the current user.

2.2.2 Configure Personal CRM Home
- From the CRM front end, open the top-right configuration menu and click Manage to enter the Personal CRM Home management page.
- Click Create to open the Personal CRM Home creation page.
- The steps to create a personal Home are the same as for a tenant-level Home.
- Personal-level CRM Home settings do not affect tenant-level CRM menu configurations in the Admin Console.
- In both the Admin Console list and the user-facing CRM Home list, templates are ordered by priority with higher-priority templates shown at the top. Note: the system remembers which Home a user last entered and will default to that when applicable.

3. FAQ
3.1 What is the translation path for CRM Home components in the Translation Workbench?
- App → CRM App → Home Component Name
3.2 Why do some organizations have a “Rich Text” component while others do not?
- You must request the product feature flag “Designer component library supports Rich Text component” to enable it.
3.3 Why do older CRM Home configurations display the new CRM Home on HarmonyOS mobile devices?
- The HarmonyOS client does not support the legacy CRM Home, so the client defaults to the new CRM Home view.
