Overview

ShareCRM provides splash screen adaptation capabilities for different mobile device models, allowing users to upload customized splash screens that reflect their corporate brand identity.

Configuration Guide

1.1 Accessing Splash Screen Settings

Location: Interface Customization Management > Mobile Customization > Splash Screen Management

1.2 Configuring Splash Screens

1. Click “Replace” to select your desired splash screen. The system supports two resolution ranges:
   • 1440x2560
   • 1440x3040
2. Apply Immediately: After selecting the appropriate resolution, click “Apply Immediately” to activate the changes.
3. Restore Default: Click to revert to the default splash screen.
