Web Main Navigation
1. Overview
- This feature allows you to configure the number of main navigation apps displayed on the Web and the visibility of the “More Apps” entry.
- Administrators can adjust template viewing permissions and display priority by setting the scope of use and template priority.
- In addition to tenant-level configuration capabilities, personal-level main navigation settings are provided for user convenience.
2. Configuration Guide
2.1 Tenant-Level Web Main Navigation Setup
- Entry Point: UI Customization Management > Web Main Navigation.
- Creating a new Web main navigation template involves two steps:
- Step 1: Configure basic information.
- Step 2: Set up layout configurations.

2.1.1 Basic Information
- Main Navigation Name: Customizable name with a 20-character limit (required).
- Template Priority: Adjust the display order by modifying the priority.
- Scope of Use: Define template viewing permissions.
- Allow Employee Customization: Enables personal-level main navigation settings.

2.1.2 Layout Configuration
- Use the transfer box to select apps for the main navigation. The left side lists all system apps, while the right side shows apps displayed in the main navigation (max 8 apps).
- Toggle the “More Apps” entry to control visibility for end users.
- Show or hide app names in the main navigation.

2.2 User-Level Web Main Navigation Settings
When the tenant-level “Allow Employee Customization” feature is enabled, users can access the “Main Navigation Settings” entry on the front end to configure their main navigation.

2.2.1 Front-End User Main Navigation Interface
- Similar to tenant-level configuration, users can:
- Reorder apps.
- Toggle the “More Apps” entry.
- Adjust the order of apps in the “More Apps” section.
- A maximum of 8 apps can be displayed in the personal main navigation.
- Users can restore the default system sorting with one click.
- Personal-level navigation takes precedence over tenant-level navigation. (If discrepancies occur, check personal navigation settings first.)

2.2.2 Restore Default System Sorting
Click “Restore Default Sorting” to trigger a confirmation popup. Confirm to reset the navigation to the default order.
