App Main Navigation


1. Overview

  • This feature allows you to configure the main navigation (primary navigation) for the ShareCRM app.
  • The main navigation supports up to 5 modules, including application types, object types, and page types.

2. Configuration Guide

2.1 Create App Bottom Navigation

Admin Console Path: UI Customization Management > App Main Navigation

Navigate to the primary menu management interface and click New in the upper-right corner to create a new bottom navigation.

Existing App bottom navigation entries in the list can be edited or deleted.

2.2 Basic Information Configuration

Basic information includes:
- Name (up to 20 characters)
- Supported Platforms (App, DingTalk, WeCom, Feishu)
- The App platform defaults to: CRM, Fieldwork, Work, Data Dashboards, and My. These can be adjusted via the layout editor.
- Scope (assignable by Dept., Departments, User Groups, or Roles)

2.3 Layout Configuration

  • The left panel simulates the bottom navigation display, with preset modules: Chats, Work, CRM, Apps, and Me. Any module can be set as the homepage.
  • Users can replace modules as needed. Click + to add application, object, or page types to the bottom navigation.
    • The Me module cannot be deleted but can be repositioned.
  • The right panel allows menu customization, including:
    • Editing display names
    • Changing icon styles
    • Setting a module as the homepage
    • Click Save to apply changes.

Note: After modifying the main navigation in the Admin Console, users must log out and log back in on the mobile app for changes to take effect.

Tip: The bottom navigation supports up to 5 apps. To replace an app, delete the existing one and click + to select a new application, object, or page type.

3. FAQs

3.1 How to Adjust App Main Navigation on HarmonyOS

  • For HarmonyOS devices running ShareCRM app versions below 955, the main navigation defaults to the Third-Party Platform option.
  • Request the “App Main Navigation – Third-Party Platform Support” beta feature.
  • Create an App main navigation with Supported Platform set to Third-Party Platform and assign the relevant users.
  • Changes take effect after users log out and log back in.

3.2 Why Does the Main Navigation Differ Between DingTalk/WeCom and the ShareCRM App?

  • The ShareCRM app, DingTalk, and WeCom each use different main navigation configurations.
    • ShareCRM App: Uses the App platform option.
    • DingTalk: Uses the DingTalk platform option.
    • WeCom: Uses the WeCom platform option.
  • Create a main navigation for the respective platform and force-quit/reopen the app (DingTalk or WeCom) to apply changes.

Note: When creating a DingTalk or WeCom main navigation in the Admin Console, replace the CRM app with:
- DingTalk – ShareCRM
- WeCom Social CRM
