App Main Navigation
1. Overview
- This feature configures the App primary navigation (the app’s top-level navigation).
- You can configure up to five primary navigation modules, including App modules, Object modules, and Page modules.
2. Configuration Details
2.1 Create App Primary Navigation
Admin Console menu path: Interface Customization → App Primary Navigation to open the top-level menu management screen. Use the “New” button at the top-right to create a navigation set.
Existing App primary navigations in the list support “Edit” and “Delete” operations.

2.2 Basic Information
Basic information includes Name, Supported Platforms, and Scope.
- Name: up to 20 characters.
- Supported Platforms: App (mobile), DingTalk, WeCom (企业微信), and Feishu. When you choose App (default displayed modules: CRM, Fieldwork, Work, Dashboards, Me), you can reorder modules using the Layout Editor.
- Scope: assign by Colleagues/Dept./User Group/Role.

2.3 Layout Configuration
- The left side of the screen simulates the bottom navigation. Predefined modules are Chats, Work, CRM, Apps, and Me. You can set any module as the home page.
- Users can replace modules as needed. When selecting Apps, click “+” to open the bottom navigation picker and add App modules, Object modules, or Page modules to the bottom navigation. The “Me” module cannot be deleted but can be repositioned.
- The right side contains menu settings, including changing the display name, icon style, and whether to set the page as the home page. Click Save to apply changes.

After updating the primary navigation in the Admin Console, users must sign out and sign in again on the mobile App for changes to take effect.

Tip: You can configure up to five bottom navigation apps. To replace an app, delete it and then click “+”. The bottom navigation picker will appear; select App modules, Object modules, or Page modules to add.
3. FAQs
3.1 How to adjust the App primary navigation on HarmonyOS devices
- For the ShareCRM mobile app on pure HarmonyOS devices with app version below 955, the App will default to the primary navigation configured as “Third-Party Platform”.
- Create a primary navigation with Supported Platform set to “Third-Party Platform”, and add the relevant users to its Scope.
- After the users sign back into the mobile App, the configuration will take effect.

3.2 Why does the primary navigation differ when logging in via DingTalk / WeCom versus the ShareCRM App?
- The ShareCRM App, DingTalk, and WeCom each use different App primary navigation configurations.
- ShareCRM App uses primary navigation where Supported Platform = App.
- DingTalk uses primary navigation where Supported Platform = DingTalk.
- WeCom uses primary navigation where Supported Platform = WeCom (Enterprise WeChat / SCRM).
- Create a primary navigation for the corresponding Supported Platform and then restart the client (kill and reopen DingTalk or WeCom) for it to take effect.
Note: When creating DingTalk or WeCom primary navigation in the Admin Console, replace the CRM app entry with “DingTalk - ShareCRM” or “WeCom SCRM” respectively.
