Scoring Rule Management Product Overview (Admin Console)

After creating a Tag Group, users may want the system to automatically apply tags based on criteria they define. The system provides a Scorer feature to accomplish this.

• Access: In the Admin Console, go to Business Management Rules → Scorer Rule Settings and click New.
• Duplication: If a rule is similar to an existing one, Scorer Rule Settings supports cloning.
