1. Product Overview

When categorizing object data, users sometimes need a flexible, customizable way to classify records. The system provides the Tags feature to meet these business needs.

Specifically, during the sales process, users can apply tags to mark an Account’s stage, such as Lead, Interested, or Closed. This helps sales teams track and manage sales opportunities more effectively.

After defining required tags and grouping them, users can:

• Apply tags manually
• Let the system apply tags automatically

2. Field Tag Display

When adding a field or configuring page layouts (details page, create/edit page), you can choose whether the field is displayed as tags. If you enable Tag Display for a field, that field’s values will appear as tags in the front-end UI.
