Tag Management Overview


1. Product Overview

When categorizing object data, users sometimes need a flexible and customizable way to classify data for specific purposes. To meet this business need, the system provides a Tagging feature.

Specifically, during the sales process, users can apply tags to mark different stages of an Account, such as Prospect, Lead, or Closed Customer. This helps sales teams better track and manage sales opportunities.

After defining the required tags and organizing them into groups, users can:
- Manually apply tags
- Use the system to automatically apply tags

For settings related to the latter, refer to Scoring Rule Management.

2. Field Tag Display

When adding a field or configuring layouts for detail pages, create/edit pages, users can choose Enable Tag Display. If selected, the field information will be displayed as tags on the front end.
