Using Tags

1. Usage

After configuring tags, users can apply tags according to the tag group settings by:

• Manually selecting and applying tags
• Letting the system apply tags automatically

On the record detail page, click the Tags button, select tags, click Confirm to complete manual tagging.

How is the tag display order determined on the record detail page?

Tag display order on the record detail page is: first show tags rendered from field-level tag configurations, then show tenant-level tags configured in the Admin Console.

Will bulk tagging operations replace existing tags on records?

Using the Bulk Tag action on the data list page will overwrite existing tags on the affected records. Evaluate carefully before performing this operation.
