FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
- 1. Advanced Scenario (Many-to-One): Why doesn’t the primary object data map when pulling records in the create/edit interface?
- In advanced scenarios, the primary object data is not mapped when pulling records in the create/edit interface.
- 2. Why are some preset objects unavailable in the conversion rules?
- Preconfigured business objects require separate testing approval before they can be enabled for use.
- 3. Why isn’t the primary data pulled in the create/edit page pull operation? (Figure 3-1)
- The pull operation in the create/edit page is a secondary pull, which does not overwrite existing primary data. It only pulls and adds new subordinate data.

- 4. Can the conversion button be hidden in the list view?
- When creating a conversion rule, a preconfigured conversion button is added to the source object. The button’s display locations (“Detail Page,” “Single-Row Actions in List View,” and “Bulk Actions in List View”) are read-only and cannot be modified. The button cannot be deleted.
- Even if all related conversion rules are deleted, the conversion button remains and persists indefinitely.
- 5. Can the pull button be hidden in the create/edit page?
- Currently, the design does not allow hiding this button. Once a conversion rule is created, the pull button will always be displayed.
