Sandbox Management

1.1 Create a Sandbox

Create a new sandbox environment:
- Select a source enterprise associated with this production environment to create a sandbox. The source can be either the production environment or another sandbox.
- Note: To prevent frequent creation/deletion:
- A Development Sandbox cannot be deleted within 24 hours of creation.
- A full sandbox cannot be deleted within 30 days of creation.

1.2 Copy a Sandbox

Select a source enterprise to replicate its configurations into a new sandbox:
- Choose a source enterprise (production environment or existing sandbox) associated with this production environment to copy a sandbox. (In the current version, copying a sandbox functions identically to creating a new one.)

1.3 Log In to a Sandbox

Access a sandbox environment:
- Obtain the sandbox login URL and enter it in your browser to access the environment.

The sandbox replicates all users from the production environment with matching passwords. Except for production administrators, all users created within the sandbox will be restricted from logging in.

1.4 Delete a Sandbox

Remove a sandbox environment:
- Permanently delete a specified sandbox (this action cannot be undone).
