1. Basic Overview

1.1 SMS Gateway

An SMS gateway is an interface provided by telecom carriers for bulk and customized SMS delivery to designated recipient numbers.

ShareCRM offers a 1069 enterprise-grade SMS gateway with real-name verification. Enterprises must complete certification with the carrier and obtain approval before the gateway can be activated.

Currently, ShareCRM supports integration with Montnets and Alibaba Cloud SMS gateways. The activation and top-up process for Montnets SMS service is completed within ShareCRM, while Alibaba Cloud SMS service requires separate registration and configuration of signature, appKey, and other details outside ShareCRM. See below for details.

1.2 SMS Signature

An SMS signature is an identifier appended to message content, representing your company or business.

For Montnets gateway, the signature application is processed alongside gateway activation, requiring enterprise certification documents. Signatures become available after approval. For Alibaba Cloud gateway, apply directly on their platform.

Note: When applying, omit the brackets “【】” – simply enter the content (e.g., “ShareCRM”).

Important: After signature activation, all SMS templates will display your approved signature, including verification codes from Marketing forms. Ensure sufficient SMS balance to prevent verification code delivery failures.

1.3 Domestic/International SMS

For international SMS delivery, configure separate domestic and international templates in respective business configurations.

2. How to Activate SMS Service

2.1 Using Montnets SMS Gateway

2.1.1 Service Activation

1. Admins navigate to [Admin] > [Business Plugins] > [SMS Service] and click [Activate Now] to begin.

1. Download and complete the SMS signature authorization template: Download Template

2. Print, stamp with company seal, then contact Montnets customer service via QR code to submit scanned copies for preliminary review. For complex stamping processes, request electronic document review first.

1. After preliminary approval, email stamped scans to dailifang@montnets.com and mail originals to Montnets (address provided by support).

2. Complete authorization details:

   • Enter SMS signature and description
   • Upload approved documents
   • Provide mailing information

1. Montnets conducts final approval within 3-5 business days after receiving documents. Upon approval, purchase SMS credits in-system. Contact your ShareCRM account manager for invoices.

2.1.2 Approval Requirements

SMS gateways and signatures require carrier registration with these documents (all stamped with company seal). For third-party intellectual property usage, obtain proper authorization. Contact ShareCRM Support at 400-1122-778 for queries.

   • Consistent with submitted documents
   • Update handler information upon personnel changes
6. Signature Proof (when signature ≠ company name)
   • Required if any character differs from company name
   • Proof: Copyright/Trademark certificates, ICP record, official website/APP screenshots
   • Include signature explanation letter (see attachment)
7. Legal Representative ID Copy (stamped, if audited)
   • Matches business license registration
   • Red company stamp

2.1.3 Pricing Plans

2.2 Using Alternative SMS Gateways

For third-party gateways (e.g., Alibaba Cloud), first register an account and obtain signature approval. This feature requires coordination with your account manager.

Alibaba Cloud Example:
1. Activate Alibaba Cloud SMS service:
- Register account
- Complete real-name verification
- Enable SMS service
- Create AccessKey

2. Create SMS signature

3. Provide these details to your account manager:
