Q1: Who can see the "Contacts Isolation" entry?

A: System Administrators and Org Structure Administrators can access the "Isolation Settings." System Administrators have full permissions for all Contacts Isolation functions. Org Structure Administrators are divided into global administrators and those with a restricted management scope (Dept. and employee managers). Only global administrators have full permissions for all functions on this page.

Q2: What can Dept. and employee administrators with restricted management scopes do?

A: The "Isolated Departments" page displays only the departments within their management scope (including the current department) that have department isolation enabled.
