Q1: Who can access the “Contacts Isolation” entry?

A: System administrators and Org Structure administrators are permitted to view the “Isolation Settings.” System administrators have full operational permissions for all Contacts Isolation features. Org Structure administrators are categorized into global administrators and those with limited management scope (Dept. and employee administrators). Only global administrators have access to all functional permissions on this page.

Q2: What operations can Dept. and employee administrators with limited management scope perform?

A: The “Isolated Departments” page only displays departments within their management scope (including the department itself) that have been set with department isolation.
