Department Management


View the department list and perform quick actions on departments, such as deactivating, activating, deleting, assigning department heads, or setting assistants.

  • Scenario Management
    • Filter departments by scenarios such as Active, Inactive, No Department Head Assigned, or No Assistant Assigned.
    • Create custom scenarios and set default views by configuring data scope, displayed fields, and sorting preferences.
  • Actions
    • Deactivate: Select one or multiple organizations/departments for deactivation. Note: Deletion or deactivation is prohibited if the organization/department has active sub-departments or employees.
    • Activate: Select one or multiple inactive organizations/departments to reactivate.
    • Delete: Only inactive departments can be deleted. Active departments cannot be removed.
    • Assign Department Head: Assign a head to one or multiple organizations/departments.
    • Set Assistant: Assign one or multiple assistants to organizations/departments. Multiple assistants are supported.
  • Import
    • Bulk add new departments or update existing ones via import.
    • For “Update Existing Departments,” select an identifier (Department Code or Unique ID) and choose whether to overwrite existing field values if blank.
    • Import fails if required fields are missing, and no data is processed.
  • Export
    • Export department data in bulk with customizable field selections.
