Department Management


View the department list and perform quick actions such as deactivating, activating, deleting, setting department heads, or assigning assistants.

  • Scenario Management
    • Filter departments by scenarios: Active, Inactive, Without Department Heads, or Without Assistants.
    • Create custom scenarios by defining data scope, display fields, and sorting preferences, and set default scenarios.
  • Actions
    • Deactivate: Select one or multiple organizations/departments for deactivation. Note: Deletion or deactivation is prohibited if active sub-organizations/sub-departments or employees exist.
    • Activate: Select one or multiple inactive organizations/departments to reactivate.
    • Delete: Only inactive departments can be deleted; active departments are not eligible.
    • Set Department Head: Assign a head to one or multiple organizations/departments.
    • Set Assistant: Assign one or multiple assistants to organizations/departments; multiple assistants are supported.
  • Import
    • Bulk add new departments or update existing ones via import.
    • For “Update Existing Departments,” select an identification method: Department Code or Unique ID. Choose whether to overwrite existing field values if the imported data contains blanks.
    • Imports fail if required fields are missing, and no data is imported.
  • Export
    • Export department information in bulk with customizable field selections.
