Employee Device Management

Employee Device Management distinguishes between device binding settings and employee device binding records. This not only enhances enterprise account security but also optimizes resource utilization and reduces management costs, helping businesses operate and manage more efficiently.

1. Device Binding

Device binding supports enabling mobile device binding, PC device binding, and setting up binding whitelists.

  • Mobile Device Binding
    • When mobile device binding is enabled, the first mobile device an employee logs in from will automatically bind to their account.
    • After unbinding, employees can rebind to any mobile device.
  • PC Device Binding
    • When PC device binding is enabled, the first PC device an employee logs in from will automatically bind to their account.
    • After unbinding, employees can rebind to any PC device.
  • Device Binding Whitelist
    • Supports adding/removing specific employees to/from the device binding whitelist.
    • Employees added to the whitelist can log in from any PC or mobile device.
