1. People Picker Component Rules

Tenant-level configuration is available for customizing the display modes of colleagues and departments in the People Picker component.

Colleagues

  • View Mode: Supports two options:
    • Org Structure View
    • Alphabetical View
      If only one mode is enabled, the People Picker’s Colleagues tab will display exclusively in that mode.
  • Default View Mode: Configurable as either Org Structure View or Alphabetical View (default: Org Structure View).
  • Fallback: If no view mode is configured, the system defaults to its preset employee display logic.

Departments

  • View Mode: Supports two options:
    • Org Structure View
    • Alphabetical View
      If only one mode is enabled, the People Picker’s Departments tab will display exclusively in that mode.
  • Default View Mode: Configurable as either Org Structure View or Alphabetical View (default: Org Structure View).
  • Fallback: If no view mode is configured, the system defaults to its preset department display logic.

2. People Picker Field Customization

Tenant-level configuration allows customizing fields displayed under the Colleagues tab in the People Picker. Changes apply to both web and mobile interfaces.

  • Mandatory Fields: Profile photo, system name (nickname), and primary department cannot be hidden.
  • Limit: Up to 5 additional fields can be displayed.
