Invitation Review

Displays records of employee invitations within your organization. Categorized into Pending Review, Approved Invitations, and Exempt Invitations.

• Pending Review: Shows records of colleagues invited by employees (non-Org Structure administrators) via WeChat, email, or invitation links. These invitations require administrator approval before the invitees can access the system.
• Approved Invitations: Displays records of colleagues invited by employees (non-Org Structure administrators) via WeChat, email, or invitation links that have already been approved.

1. Invite Colleagues

Supports Email Invitation and Copy Link Invitation.

• Email Invitation: Invitees receive an email with a 24-hour valid link. After accepting the invitation, administrator approval is required before they can log in to the system.
• Copy Link Invitation: Colleagues invited via a link require administrator approval after accepting the invitation. Once approved, they can access the system.

2. Invitation Settings

Tenant-level settings determine whether employees are allowed to invite new colleagues.
Once enabled, employees can invite colleagues via WeChat, email, or other methods.
