Invitation Review

Invite Approval shows records of employee invitations within your company. It separates Pending Invitations, Approved Invitations, and Exempted Invitations.

• Pending Invitations: Displays records of employees (non-Org Structure administrators) who invited colleagues via WeChat, email, invitation link, etc. Admin approval is required before the invitee can sign in.
• Approved Invitations: Displays records of invitations sent by employees (non-Org Structure administrators) via WeChat, email, invitation link, etc. that have been approved.

1. Invite Colleagues

Supports Email Invitation and Copy Link Invitation

• Email Invitation: The invitation link sent by email is valid for 24 hours. After accepting the invitation, the invitee must be approved by an admin before they can sign in.
• Copy Link Invitation: Colleagues who accept an invitation via link must be approved by an admin before they can sign in.

2. Invitation Settings

Tenant-level setting to allow or disallow employees to invite new colleagues. When enabled, employees can invite colleagues via WeChat, email, and other methods.
