Multi-Org Management
Multi-Org Management effectively coordinates and integrates goals, resources, decisions, and collaboration across different organizational entities such as departments, subsidiaries, or business units within medium-to-large enterprises, achieving overall synergies and optimized outcomes. For complex organizational management scenarios in large enterprises, enabling Multi-Org Management allows better coordination and relationship management between various departments.
Enterprise administrators can activate the Multi-Org feature via System Administration > Enterprise Settings > Multi-Org Settings. Once enabled, this feature provides the following key advantages for enterprise managers:

Unified Management Perspective: Administrators can view and manage multiple departments and branches across the enterprise from a single platform, ensuring centralized oversight and control for improved operational visibility.

Goal Alignment and Tracking: The Multi-Org Structure enables unified coordination and tracking of objectives and KPIs across departments and subsidiaries, ensuring goal consistency and timely identification of execution issues.

Resource Sharing and Optimization: Enterprises can better manage and optimize resource allocation between departments and branches, minimizing waste and redundant procurement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaboration and Decision Support: The feature establishes cross-department and cross-subsidiary communication channels, strengthening collaboration and decision-making efficiency.
Once activated, the system automatically upgrades the root department (Company-Wide) to an organization. Data permission management supports organization-level access control. You may create sub-organizations or departments under an organization, but departments cannot host new organizations. Personnel can be directly added under organizations. Note: The Multi-Org feature cannot be disabled once enabled.
