Multi-Org Management


Multi-Org Management effectively coordinates and integrates goals, resources, decisions, and collaboration across different organizational entities—such as departments, subsidiaries, or business units—within medium to large enterprises. This drives overall synergy and optimizes outcomes. For complex organizational management scenarios in large enterprises, enabling Multi-Org Management allows better coordination and relationship management between departments.

Enterprise administrators can enable Multi-Org Management via System Settings > Enterprise Settings > Multi-Org Configuration. Once activated, this feature provides the following key benefits for enterprise managers:

  • Unified Management Perspective: Administrators gain a centralized platform to view and manage multiple departments and branches across the enterprise, ensuring holistic control and oversight of operations.

  • Goal Alignment and Tracking: The Multi-Org Structure enables unified coordination and tracking of objectives and KPIs across departments and subsidiaries, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of execution issues.

  • Resource Sharing and Optimization: Optimize resource allocation between departments and branches, eliminating redundancy and improving efficiency to reduce costs.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration and Decision Support: Establishes effective communication channels across departments and subsidiaries, enhancing collaboration and decision-making efficiency.

Once enabled, the system automatically upgrades the root department (Company-Wide) to an organization. Data permissions can be configured per organization. You may create sub-organizations or departments under an organization, but departments cannot host new organizations. Users can be directly added under organizations. Note: Once activated, Multi-Org Management cannot be disabled.
